We take orders for regular customers at our branches
(viz Contacts):
- by fax 24 hours a day
- by e-mail 24 hours a day
- by telephone from 6 AM to 4 PM
- in person from 6 AM to 4 PM

Your order will always be confirmed with the listed price, any rebates, terms of delivering and the agreed means of transport. The confirmed order forms a sales contract.

Prices and rebates
A long-term business relationship is our goal, in which event we offer customers discounts and rebates or a contract. The discounts and rebates will always be given in the confirmed order. Prices listed here do not include VAT and the EXW of our branches in Pilsen and Kopřivnice unless given otherwise in the order.

Payment will be determined by contract in advance of delivery and the provision of services.
- Payment by invoice (due date 14 to 60 days)
- Cash
- Payment in advance by mutual agreement

Delivering is also determined by mutual agreement.
- pick up from our halls in Pilsen and Kopřivnice
- expedition by carrier, the shipping price included in the confirmed order
- pick up by contractual carrier

We provide a guarantee for goods in accordance with the consumer protection law.
Service also comes with a guarantee according to your requirements and confirmed in the order or contract.

Certification of quality control and material parameters will be made available in advance if needed.
