TECHNICAL PACKAGING DESIGNS

Properly designed overseas packaging must take into account the effects of external influences on the product and packaging throughout the entire logistics chain - transport and storage. Professionally designed overseas packaging from our company takes into account the overload acting on the product during transport of several G's, atmospheric humidity and moisture during packaging, rain and snowfall, temperatures from -40° to +70°C and other factors.

PRODUCT MEASUREMENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S SITE

According to the drawing documentation or even without it, we will design a packaging that meets all customer requirements
Our packaging engineers with many years of experience always verify the dimensions of the product by physical measurement
If the product is packed at your premises, the packaging engineer will also ensure all conditions at the packaging location

Packaging design

Packaging design and packaging will be prepared according to general packaging regulations, especially HPE, CSN, SEILA and other standards
Also according to customer-specific packaging regulations - e.g. standards of Alstom, Siemens, Hyundai, SMS-Meer and others
When designing each package and packaging, we always take into account the nature of the product and all the materials from which it is made

TRANSPORT SKETCH FOR OVERSIZED TRANSPORT

For oversized shipments over 16 metres in length, 3 metres in width, 4 metres in height or/and weighing 10 tonnes or more, we will prepare a transport drawing for your customer
The transport drawing for oversized products is an essential part of the transport in order to ensure that the product is handled correctly and secured against movement during loading, transhipment at the port, on each transport vehicle and throughout the logistics chain
